3-4 lb boneless pork roast
|

1 tsp pepper
|
|
1 tsp salt
|
|
1 tsp ground cumin
|
|
1/2 tsp cayenne
|
|
1 tsp paprika
|
|
1 med green bell pepper, sliced
|
|
1 med onion, sliced
|
|
18 oz jar of bbq sauce (whatever kind you prefer)
|

|
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
|
|
sandwich rolls
|

Instructions |
|
|
Trim fat from pork. Combine pepper, salt, cumin, cayenne, and paprika in a bowl and rub on roast.

Place green pepper and onion in bottom of crock pot and place roast on top.
|
|
|
Combine bbq sauce and sugar, pour over meat.
|
|
|
Cover and cook on low 8-10 hours, until meat is cooked through and falling apart. Serve on rolls.
