Preheat oven to 350F.
Allow crust to set at room temperature for 15
minutes.
In a medium bowl, beat together flour, salt,
pepper, eggs, and half and half.
Place pie crust in pan, pre-bake 5-10 minutes.
Cover the crust bottom with swiss cheese.
Sprinkle spinach over Swiss cheese. Cover spinach
with mushrooms. Pour egg mixture over mushrooms.
Cover with ham and sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
Bake for 40-45 minutes until filling is set and
top is golden.
