Beat well eggs and sugar until very light and fluffy. Add
buttermilk and beat for about a minute, add oil and beat again.
Sift flour and cocoa and add to wet mixture. Beat all until
incorporated.
To make the buttermilk you need 1cup milk and 1tbs white vinegar (or
lemon juice).
Just pour the vinegar (or lemon) in the milk and leave to sit for
10mins. Do not stir - it will curdle.
