     Crab Spinach Spread

Ingredients
7 1/2 oz. canned king crab
10 oz. package frozen chopped spinach
salt to taste
1 Tb. olive oil
1/2 cup finely chopped green onions
1 clove garlic, crushed
2 Tbs. dry vermouth
1/3 cup grated parmesan
freshly ground pepper
 
1/4 tsp. dried crushed oregano
1/2 cup sour cream

Instructions
Drain crab. Cook spinach using 1/4 tsp. salt. Drain thoroughly. in 8 inch pan, heat the oil; add green onion, garlic, crab, and spinach and cook gently for a few minutes. Stir in vermouth, parmesan, salt, pepper, and oregano; cook gently a few minutes. Stir in sour cream and heat. Serve warm or chilled with crackers. Makes 2 cups.
