     Breakfast Soufflé

Ingredients
1 1/2 lb. sausage
9 eggs
3 cups milk
1 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese
3 green onions, chopped
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbs. dry sherry (optional)
3 slices bread, cubed
 

Instructions
Sauté sausage and drain. Mix other ingredients together with sausage and place in greased 9x13 casserole. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake uncovered 1 hour at 350 degrees.
