Boil cauliflower and leave to cool, separate the florets. Put two plates, one with beaten eggs, salt and pepper, the other one with flour. Place on low heat a frying pan with coconut oil. Dip each floret in eggs, then in flour and add it to the pan. Fry on one side, when it is golden brown turn it to the other side. When ready put them on a paper napkin on the plate. Serve them with meat, or fish or as you like. Enjoy --)
