Trifle
1 pkt ready made sponge (or homemade)
1 pkt strawberry pudding mix
1 pkt chocolate pudding mix
1 ltr milk
some liquier
1 tin mixed coctail fruit
2 tbsp arrowroot for the top
Place sponge on the bottom of a round dish and
sprinkle with some liquier. Then prepare the
strawberry pudding mix with 500 ml of milk.
(instructions on back of packet) and pour on the
sponge and let it set in fridge. Then repeat with
another piece of sponge and chocolate puding mix.
Finally place the last piece of sponge on top and
spread the coctail fruit. Prepare the arrowroot to
sprinkle on fruit. Put in fridge to set and than
serve and enjoy.
