Crush oreos & mix with butter. Put on bottom of container & put in fridge while doing next step

Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add in 2 tbsp. milk, add in 1/4 cup sugar & mix well. Add 1/2 cool whip & stir in. Pour on top of oreo layer.

|
Mix pudding & 3 1/4 cup milk. Pour on top of cream cheese layer. Let sit 5 minutes.

|
Cover with remaining cool whip & top with chocolate chips. Refridgerate 4 hours.
