Mon Ami Steak Roquefort

Ingredients

	1/2 lb unsalted butter
	1 lb maytag blue cheese
	6 tb japanese bread crumbs
	1/4 tbsp black pepper


Instructions


combine all ingredients in food processor


Grill 9 oz steak to desired temp. top steak with 2 tbsp softened blue cheese butter. top with 1 oz ladle of veal jus.
