Method- Peel potatoes and the skin of the pumpkin.
Put all the ingredients in a deep pan with water
and a little oil except the grated cheese and the
salt. Add some pepper, bring to the boil and let
it simmer on medium heat till all the ingredients
are tender.When ready put all the cooked
vegetables and the bacon in the liquidiser except
the liquid. If you see that you have to add some
of the liquid, don't add too much, the mixture
will have to be a little creamy. Serve with grated
cheese and if you like add some more salt --)
