- Mix together 1 cup vinegar, 1 cup sugar and 2 tsp salt
-Add julienned carrots, cucumbers and diakon radish
- let sit 2 hours or more
Instructions
Marinate the tenderloin in the honey, sugar, fish sauce, pepper, sliced scallions and garlic at least 2 hours.
Pat dry pork and sear in pan over high heat with a bit of avocado oil. Finish cooking in 400 oven until internal temp reaches 150. Remove and let cool(temp will raise and finish cooking as it sits).
Slice cooled pork and arrange sandwiches by slicing open crispy baguette, applying pate to one side, adding pork, marinated veggies, cilantro and mayo and hot pepper sauce (optional).
