     Chickern Pan with sprouts

Ingredients
250g of sprouts
3 peppers
1/2 bunch of spring onions
2 onions
1 garlic
500 g of chicken filet
125 ml of bouillon
1 tee spoon of satch floul
4 tablespoons of oil
 
salt and pepper
1 oinch of paprika powder
possibly chili powder

Instructions
Wash the sprouts and drain them. Wash the peppers and cutt them into small slices. Wash the spring onions and cut it into thin rings. Peal the garlic and the onions,cut the onions into cubes and the garlic too. Wash the meat, pat the meat dry and cut it into thin slices. Stir the oil and the food starch with the rest. Heat the oil in a wok or a big coated pan. Add the meat, fry it and season the meat with pepper and salt. Take the meat out of the wok or the pan. Add the onions and the garlic to the wok and stew it. Add the pepper slices and the spring onions and boil it until is seared. Add the sprouts. Deglaze the vegetables and the buillon and boil it briefly. Season the meat with pepper, salt papper and Chili powder.
