In a medium saucepan mix sugar, cocoa, evaporated, and salt. Cook on a medium heat.

All mixture to cook until it reach approximately 270 degrees on a candy thermometer or dropped into cold water and able to roll into a ball.
|
|
|
Add vanilla, butter, and peanut butter. Mix well.
|
|
|
Pour mixture onto a buttered cookie dish and allow to cool. Cut into square or circles.

Small pieces at a time - too good with a cold cup of milk.
