In large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, yeast and salt to
blend.
In a medium sauce pan, heat milk and butter to 120-130
degrees. (Butter may not melt all the way.) Add eggs and whisk.
Add milk mixture to dry ingredients, mixing until large lumps are
moistened.
Cover and let rise in a warm, draft-free place 1 hour or
until light and bubbly. (Or cover and refrigerate up to 24 hours.)
Pour onto hot, greased waffle maker and cook as indicated by
the waffle makers instructions.
