Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Using mixer, beat eggs. Add
cake mix, oranges with juice, and oil. Mix together and bake in
greased 13x9 cake pan at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes, until
toothpick comes out clean. Cool cake 45 minutes before
frosting.
For frosting, mix crushed pineapple with juice and the vanilla
instant pudding mix. Place in refrigerator. Add the Cool Whip
to the pudding mixture just before frosting the cake.
