     Pad Thai Sauce

Ingredients
2T tamarind concentrate or 3T tamarind paste
2T palm/coconut sugar
1/4 c tamari or fish sauce (or mix of 50/50)
juice of 1 lime
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper or 2 tsp. sriracha chile sauce
1/2 c ketchup
 

Instructions
Combine all ingredients in bowl and whisk to combine.
Add at end of cooking Pad Thai or fried rice during final stage of cooking.
Serving Suggestions
sauce can be refrigerated in sealed container in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
