     Chicken & Rice Soup

Ingredients
Chicken -cooked
Chicken Broth- 1cup
Rice- cooked 1cup
Water 2-3 cups
3 carrot sticks cut in 1/4 slices
3 celery sticks cut in 1/4 slices
Salt and pepper to taste
T minced garlic
2 T butter
 
1/2 medium onion, diced

Instructions
In a large pot over medium heat, melt the butter. Sauté the celery and onion for about 5 minutes. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes. Add all of the remaining ingredients into the pot and heat through
Makes 6 cups of soup and can be frozen for two months
