Method for Filling-
Mix all the ingredients except the semolina.
Put them in a pan on low heat, till the mixture
will come creamy. Bring it to the boil and
start adding semolina little by little for 5
minutes reduce heat. Leave it to cool aside.
Meanwhile turn dough on a floured board and
roll out. Cut the dough in pieces of rectangles
and put some filling in the middle and roll,
then form a circle, not much filling or else it
will come out.Make some water to seal the ends.
Make some slits on the surface of each. Put
them in a greased baking dish. Bake in moderate
oven for 20 minutes till golden in color. First
time that I made them and turned out really
good --)
