In a 9x13 pan combine peaches, sugar, 2 Tbsp. baking mix and cinnamon.
In a medium bowl, mix remaining 1 1/3 cups baking mix with brown sugar. Cut in butter until mixture is the size of small peas. Stir in milk until moistened; drop by spoonfuls onto peaches.
Bake at 400 degrees for 30 mins. or until toothpick inserted into crust comes out clean.
Let stand for 5 mins. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
