     Funeral Sandwiches

Ingredients
24 slices of very thinly sliced ham
24 slices swiss cheese- or 12 pieces cut in half- depending on roll size
24 King's Hawaiian Rolls or dinner rolls- sliced in half
1 stick of butter melted (1/2 stick would probably be enough)
1/4 brown sugar
2 Tbs Dijon Mustard
1 Tbs Worshestershire Sauce
1Tbs or less of poppy seeds (optional)
1Tbs onion powder
 

Instructions
Cut rolls in half and place ham and cheese on them. Put the tops back on and squeeze on to a 11X 15 Cookie sheet. Mix all Sauce ingredients together. Brush the tops of all the rolls and then pour the remaining sauce over the top of the rolls. Cover with aluminum foil and marinate in the refrigerator for 1-24 hours. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes, remove foil and bake 10-15 minutes more- until they start to get very golden brown. Do not under bake.
