1-15oz. can of corn (rinsed & drained}
3/4 cup salsa or pico de gallo (produce section]
1 1/2 tsp. red wine vinegar
1 tsp. cumin
 
Instructions
season with salt, add hot sauce to your taste. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hrs.
