Ingredients
1 box filo
1 1/2 - 2 lb's crushed waluts
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 1/2 tbsp cinnamon
1 lb butter
3 cups sugar 1 1/2 cup cold water
1 1/2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
 

Instructions
Mix nuts, sugar & cinnamon together. Melt the butter. Drizzle butter in bottom of large pan. (Serving tray sz).
Lay 4 filo sheets on bottom of pan. Drizzle butter over layer, then sprinkle 2-3 handfulls of nut mixture over that. Then lay 2 sheets of filo on top, drizzle butter over layer, then sprinkle 2-3 handfuls of nut mixture over that. Repeat process with 3 sheets
of filo, butter, nuts, then 2 sheets of filo, butter, nuts then 3 etc.... End up with 3-4 sheets of filo on top. Tuck in sides. Cut into triangles. Spoon remaining butter over all.
Bake 1 hour at 325 - 350 degrees till golden brown. Remove from oven. Spoon hot syrup over all. Syrup- 3 c sugar, 1 1/2 c cold water, 1 1/2 tbsp lemon juice. Boil for 5 minutes.
