     Beef Enchilada Dip

Ingredients
2 lbs of ground beef
1/2 medium onion, diced
2 cloves garlic
2 cups enchilada sauce
2 cups grated Monterray Jack or cheddar cheese
sour cream
tortilla chips
 
Instructions
Brown ground beef and drain. Add onion and garlic, cook until tender.stir in enchilada sauce and top with grated cheese to melt. Top with sour cream.
