Filling-
Make the filling, by mixing all the ingredients except the semolina. Put them in a pan on low heat, till the mixture will come creamy. Bring it to the boil and start adding semolina little by little for 5 minutes reduce heat. Leave it to cool aside. Turn dough on a floured board and roll out pastry. Line a 20cm flan ring with the pastry, bake it blind in a moderately hot oven for 20 min. Put the filling mixture in the flan ring, cut some strips from the pastry and brush them with milk or egg before you add them to the surface. Arrange them on top and bake till you see the strips golden. Bake in moderate oven 190c. After it cools you can put it in fridge in a foil wrapping --)
