Bake cornbread as directed. In 2 Tbsps.. of grease sauté onion, bell pepper, celery, chicken gizzards, liver and hearts. Cook till meat is done. In large pan crumble cornbread and toast, add 1 stick melted butter, eggs and sauted ingredients along with cooked hamburger meat. Mix all together, add chicken broth and enough water to make it mushy, add chicken or turkey, Bake at 350 till done.
