Heat oven to 250. Spray 9x13 baking pan with nonstick cooking oil, Combine cereal and pecans in pan and set aside. In a 4 cup microwavable bowl, combine corn syrup, sugar and oil. Microwave on high for 30 seconds to 1 1/2 minutes or till boiling. Stir in vanilla and baking soda into mixture. Pour over cereal, stir to coat evenly. Bake 1 hour, stirring every 20 minutes. Spread on baking sheet and cool completely. Break into pieces.
