     Corn & Crawfish Bisque w/crab

Ingredients
1 lb crab meat (or another lb of crawfish)
1 lb crawfish
1 cup chopped green onion
1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
1 cup chopped celery
2 Tbsp minced garlic
12 oz can evaporated milk
1 pint of half and half cream
2 cans (drained) whole kernal corn
 
1 can (drained) Rotel tomatoes
1 stick butter
2 Tblsp olive oil
1 Tbsp crushed red pepper flakes
1/4 cup cubed velvetta cheese(add after rest of ingredients have simmered for 15 minutes)

Instructions
Saute onions, garlic, celery and bell pepper in butter and oil. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 25 minutes. Salt to taste.
