Heat oven 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with
parchment.
In a large bowl add nut butter, mashed banana,
maple syrup, vanilla and egg. (if nut butter is
too thick I warm it a little). Whisk 40 seconds
or ingredients well mixed.
Mix flour, oats, brown sugar and flax in a
separate bowl, then combine with the above
ingredients. Fold in chocolate chips.
Bake 10-12 for soft and 14-15 for more crunchy.
Remove from oven and cool for 5-10 minutes before
enjoying.
