     The Lady & Sons Blueberry Cream Pie

Ingredients
3/4 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
1-9 inch deep dish pie shell
2-3 oz pkgs cream cheese (room temp)
1 cup confectioners sugar
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1-21 oz. can blueberry pie filling
 

Instructions
Press chopped nuts into the bottom of the unbaked pie crust. Bake as directed. Beat cream cheese with confections sugar. Beat heavy whipping cream with granulated sugar until soft peaks form. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture. Spoon mixture into cooled pie shell and top with blueberry pie filling. Refrigerate until well chilled.
Variation- Toast Coconut and pecans put on top of cake and drizzle with caramel.
