Boil together several minutes
5 cups cider vinegar
5 cups sugar
2 tsp @ ginger, mustard seed, tumeric
add cucumbers and onions Boil 5 minutes
Process immediately
(I usually just use clean, hot jars and put lids
on without tightening. Let sit 45 - 60 minutes and tighten lid and refrigerate)
They last a long time this way.
