Mexican Inspired Lasagna Recipe

Ingredients

	1 lb ground beef
	1 pkg taco seasoning
	1 can refried beans
	1 jar salsa
	3 cups shredded Monetary Jack cheese
	8 lasagna noodles


Instructions


Brown beef and prepare according to taco seasoning package


Boil noodles in water but only until half way done, they will finish cooking in the oven. Warm beans, for easier spreading.


Layer in 9x13x2 pan: touch of salsa (to prevent sticking), noodles, seasoned beef, noodles, beans, salsa, cheese.


Bake at 350 for 30 mins. Let stand 15 mins before cutting.


Serving Suggestions

Can make in 2 8x8 pans and freeze one for later.
