     My Yummy Aljotta

Instructions
Simply chop onions, potato, garlic and tomatoes. Saute' in olive oil and some water. Add any fish you have in store. ( I do not use the traditional 'vopi' as it is tedious to clear the bones. This time I had a fillet of cod and chopped that up, sometimes I use salmon, plus mussels and shrimps).
Add a fish cube, fish herbs, pepper and a dash of tobasco. I also put in a spoonful of sugar to avoid acidity.
When all is cooked and the pot comes to boil put in some rice, stir twice and turn off the heat.
Squeeze a lemon before eating.
