In a bowl,combine pretzels, sugar and margarine, set aside 1/2 cup for topping. Press the remaining mixture in ungreased 13x9x2 dish. In mixing bowl, beat whipped topping with milk and vanilla on high till soft peaks form. Add cream cheese and confectioners sugar, beat till smooth. Spread half over crust, top with the pie filling and remaining cream cheese mixture, sprinkle with reserved pretzel mix and refrigerate overnight
