Cream butter and sugar, until light and fluffy.
Beat eggs one at a time, adding a little flour
with each and the essence. When ready take 4
bowls scooping a serving spoon, the cake
mixture and distribute evenly in bowls. Repeat
till mixture is used up. Now add the colouring,
red, green, yellow and blue. Different color
for each bowl. Mix well, don't use the same
spoon for all colors. Pour 1 bowl at a time,
into a greased baking dish, spreading carefully to
the edge of the dish. Make sure not to mix up
the colours. Bake in moderate oven on 180c for
45 minutes. When cool, take it off from baking
dish and spread the melted white chocolate on
top and coloured vermicelli. You can use
whipped cream or anything else instead of white
chocolate --)
