Heat oven to 325...Beat cream cheese with
sugar, add eggs 1 at a time until blended. stir
in maple flavoring and sour cream. pour 3/4 way
up muffin tins...Tap tins on counter after
filling to release any air bubbles.Put muffin
tins in larger pan and fill with boiling water
halfway up. Bake 25-30 minutes. Let stay in
turned off oven for 10 minutes. Cool at room
temp and then refrigerate....When cool..pipe on
caramel sauce and sprinkle with salt.
