     Easy Chow Mein

Ingredients
12 ounces cooked chow mein noodles (thin spaghetti noodles will also work)
2 cups thinly sliced green cabbage
1 cup thinly sliced celery
1 cup thinly sliced white onion
3 tablespoons oil
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon brown sugar
2 teaspoon garlic, minced
1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
 
1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
1. Heat oil over medium heat in large skillet or pan. Add onions and celery and sauté 3-4 minutes until onions become clear. Add cabbage and sauté 1-2 minutes longer til cabbage is tender.
2. In a medium bowl whisk together sauce ingredients. Add sauce to pan and reduce to low heat. Add noodles and stir to coat noodles in the sauce. Serve warm. Enjoy!
