     Brandy Cheese Ball

Ingredients
4 oz blue cheese, crumbled and softened
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1/2-1 clove garlic, minced
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
2 tbsp brandy or cognac
1/3 c sesame seed, toasted
 

Instructions
Beat blue cheese, cream cheese, garlic, parsley and brandy at low speed until smooth. Cover and refrigerate 6 hours or until firm. Just before serving, shape cheese mixture into a ball, roll in sesame seed. Arrange fresh parsley around ball, if desired.
