Disolve Jello in 1 cup hot water. Add 1/2 cup cold water, stir. Add 1 pint slightly melted vanilla ice cream, stir until melted. Chill till mixture mounds slightly when spooned (20-30 minutes). Gently fold in the strawberries. Pour into crust. Chill until firm. Trim with fresh strawberries and Cool Whip. Enjoy!
