     Tuna And Egg Turnovers

Ingredients
Pastry- Ingredients
400g self-raising flour
Pinch of salt
Water to mix
2 full tbspoons butter
Filling-
3 hard boiled eggs, chopped
3-4 tbspoons mayonnaise
1big and 1 small tuna drained and flaked
 
Salt and pepper
1 tbspoon chopped parsley
1 beaten egg or milk to brush top of Turnovers

Instructions
Mix together flour, butter, salt, and sufficient water to make a pliable dough.Leave to set for 1/2 hour. Roll out pastry and cut into 6 rounds using 17cm small plate. Combine filling ingredients and place a little in the center of each round pastry. Damp pastry edges and press well together. Crimp edges. Place on a greased baking tray, brush with beaten egg or milk and bake for 30 minutes or till golden brown at 200c. From this pastry recipe I have made 6 Turnovers - 20cm ricotta tart. Enjoy --)
