     Pecan Tarts

Ingredients
Dough-3 oz. pkg cream cheese
1 stick oleo
1 cup flour
Filling- 3/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp soft butter
1 tsp vanilla
1 egg
dash salt
 
2/3 cup chopped pecans

Instructions
For dough- Blend cream cheese and oleo. Stir in flour and chill 1 hour. Shape into walnut sized balls and press into ungreased mini muffin pan. For filling- beat together remaining ingredients except pecans. Stir in pecans, pour about 1 tsp of mixture into each mini muffin shell, bake at 325 till filling sets and is golden brown. Cool.
