     Mandarin Orange Cake

Ingredients
1 cup sugar
1 cup flour
1 egg
1 can mandarin oranges (drained)
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
Topping- 1 cup brown sugar
 
4 Tbsp butter
4 Tbsp milk
Instructions
Cake- Combine all ingredients, beat 2 1/2 to 3 minutes. Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes in 8 inch buttered pan.
Topping- Bring topping mixture to a boil, pour over cake and serve warm.
