Spray pie pan with pam, mix butter, pecans and brown sugar, press into bottom of pie pan. Place pie crust on top of this. Mix apples, flour, sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg. Put on top of first pie crust. Put second pie crust over this, cut slits and bake at 375 for 40-45 minutes, cool for 5 minutes then flip out onto a pie plate.
