     Sweet Potatoe Souffle

Ingredients
3 cups sweet potatoes (cooked or canned)
2 lightly beaten eggs
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 stick butter
Topping- 1/3 stick butter
 
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup nuts
1 cup crushed cornflakes
Instructions
Whip potatoes and add other ingredients. Place in baking dish add topping and bake at 350 for 35 minutes
