     14 Karat Cake

Ingredients
2 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp cinnamon
4 eggs
2 cups grated raw carrots
1 cup crushed pineapples
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
2 cups sugar
 
1 cup oil
1/2 cup chopped nuts
2 tsp vanilla
Frosting- 1 stick butter
1-8 oz. cream cheese
2 tsp vanilla
1 lb. powder sugar

Instructions
Mix sugar, oil, vanilla and eggs and beat well. Sift together dry ingredients and add to egg-oil mixture. Stir in pineapple, carrots and nuts. Bake in 2-9 inch greased and well floured pans for 40 minutes at 350.
Frosting- Cream all together and spread on cake
