Crust- Mix flour, butter and pecans together and press at bottom of 9x13 pan. Bake until golden brown, let cool. Filling- Mix cream cheese and powder sugar, fold in cool whip and pour over cooled crust. Top with chocolate pudding and add remaining cool whip and pecans. Keep refrigerated.
