     Hog Cake

Ingredients
1 large can of peaches (drained)
2 cups flour
2 eggs
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups sugar
2 tsp baking soda
Icing- 1 can eagle brand milk
1 stick butter
 
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup pecans
1/2 cup coconut
1 tsp vanilla
Instructions
Mix cake ingredients and pour into a greased 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes.
Icing- Mix all together and cook on top of stove for 10 minutes, pour over cake while warm.
