     Sweet and Sour Pork Wyoming style

Ingredients
3/4 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup soy sauce
2 small shallots chopped
6 Tbsp honey
2 crumbled bay leaves
2 tsp salt ( I never use)
2 tsp pepper
1 tsp dry ground mustard
1/2 tsp ground ginger
 
2 halved garlic cloves (YUK)
4 12 ounce pork tenderloins

Instructions
prepare all but pork in blender, divide between two large resealable plastic bags, and two pieces tenderloin in each. Seal and marinate overnight. Prepare barbecue cook pork over medium high heat. ab out 20 minutes for medium.
Let rest slice
