In a large saucepan heat 1 tbsp. olive oil over medium heat.
Saute onion, garlic, oregano, hot pepper flakes about 4 minutes.
Add tomato paste. Cook 1 minute.
Add tomatoes, chick peas, and paprika. Bring to a boil, reduce heat
cook 25 minutes.
Meanwhile, in skillet add rest olive oil, saute spinach, add to chick
pea mixture.
