Ingredients
3/4 cup pumpkin puree
1 cup peanut butter
1/3 cup maple syrup or honey
1 egg
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)
 
Instructions
Preheat oven to 325. Spray muffin tin. Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Bake 15-20 minutes.
