     Chocolate chip cookies

Ingredients
125g butter
3T condensed milk
A few drops of vanilla essence
1/2 C chocolate chips
1 1/2 C Plain Flour
1/4 C Chelsea White Sugar
1t baking powder
 
Instructions
Line or greese a baking tray. Cream the butter, sugar, vanilla essence and condensed milk.
Sift dry ingredients into bowl and then mix in the chocolate chips.
Spoon the mixture in 1 tablespoon sized amounts onto the tray and press down with a fork. Cook for 10-15 mins.
